The heavy electronic undercurrent of New Order's fifth album, inspired by the dance and house music that was on the rise and clearly big in Ibiza, where the album was recorded. The style differs from almost pure rock sounds to almost purely electronic and in fact Fine Time, the track that kicks off the album, feels more like a house music track with distorted vocals than any sort of rock.
